As a rule, we code the web sites directly in HTML (with the help of notepad++), and using the CMS we have made: Purple Pixels Simple Data (PPSD). This results in nice clean code that we know inside out. It also means that any changes that have to be made, can be done swiftly without any knock-on effects to the rest of the code. We work using a variety of different languages, such as PHP, HTML, XHTML, CSS, Flash and JavaScript.
